Elegance Online   will not accept items that have been physically damaged or products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused.

To return your purchase, please follow these simple instructions:

1. Please take your original shipping document and enclose it with your purchase (in the original packaging if possible).

2. If you do not have your original shipping document, please provide us with your name, address, phone number and order number.

3. For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or USPS ) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case your jewelry is lost in transit.
